Inka specializes in craniosacral therapy using osteopathic and biodynamic approaches. She leads professional training courses in CRANIOSACRAL NEUROBALANCE, which combines polyvagal approaches to craniosacral practice, particularly techniques for regulating the ANS and vagus nerve.  These holistic therapies provide clients with resources and integration for deeper work with trauma and various types of crises—from existential to psychospiritual emergencies. Her life story has been full of difficult challenges, which shaped her to seek effective tools to help herself and later others. Her authentic experience, both of difficult times and of the processes of healing and subsequent restoration of prosperity, forms a broad foundation for her therapeutic work. Her knowledge of polyvagal theory, which framed the importance of safety, was also of great benefit.

In 2023, she discovered a completely groundbreaking approach to trauma and addiction in the form of FSPM by Jan Winhall. She completed the basic training and incorporated this practice into her therapies, which became much more comprehensive and effective as a result.

In 2024, Inka founded the partner Polyvagal Institute CZ for the Czech Republic and works closely with the Polyvagal Institute USA and other partners to spread a new paradigm about the importance of psychological safety and compassion not only in treatment, but as the most important prerequisite for life in modern human society.
