I'm Jenn—a therapist, teacher, and guide. My work centers on an embodied sense of knowing, and I help others deepen their connection to their own inner wisdom. Over time, I’ve come to trust what emerges when we pay attention to what’s alive inside. I support people in reconnecting with their somatic intelligence—especially when long-held patterns, shaped by personal history, family systems, or culture, keep them stuck. This is shapeshifting work that changes how we experience ourselves and the world. It’s not about striving or fixing. It’s about learning to live from what’s already present, already wise.
I draw on decades of professional experience and my own personal journey. The felt sense remains my most profound influence, and I continue to study with Jan Winhall, developer of the Felt Sense Polyvagal Model®. My approach is shaped by multiple influences, including Focusing® (Eugene Gendlin), Somatic Experiencing® (Peter Levine), and the Felt Sense Polyvagal Model®. I also draw from the wisdom of dance and embodied movement, myth, Jungian psychology, spiritual practice, and ritual. At the heart of all my work is a deep, living connection to the more-than-human world.
I am an expert in communication, voice, and presence. My recent research and writing explore how grief, loss, and indeterminacy—especially in the context of ecological disruption—show up in the body. I explore how these experiences are shaped by the cultural narratives we inherit, and how listening to the body can show us what needs to happen next.
