Trauma, Attachment, and the Path to Healing: A Half-Day Workshop Replay

Trauma, Attachment, and the Path to Healing: A Half-Day Workshop Replay

Early experiences are often carried not only as memories, but as patterns in the body — ways of relating, protecting, numbing, or striving to feel safe. Even with insight and years of therapy, these adaptations can continue to shape our relationships and coping strategies.

This half-day workshop, led by Jan Winhall, offers a supportive next step for those ready to deepen their FSPM journey. Together we explore Judith Herman's second stage of trauma recovery — remembering and mourning — through a nervous-system-informed, embodied lens.

We look at how early attachment experiences and nervous system responses give rise to strategies that once helped us survive, and how bringing gentle awareness to these patterns can create more space for choice, compassion, and healing.

  • What You'll Learn

    • How early experiences shape the nervous system, attachment, and coping patterns

    • How to respond to trauma-based patterns with greater awareness, compassion, and possibility

  • Who This Is For
