How do you tell what is neuroplastic pain and what isn't?

Mel pointed to a set of questions used by the Pain Psychology Center to help explore whether pain may be neuroplastic. No single one confirms anything on its own. Taken together, they can open a useful conversation with a clinician who knows this territory. He noted signs like:
